Rockford's On the Waterfront Committee chooses P.I.
On Saturday May 17th Rockford's On the Waterfront Committee puts on what they call a "Groove Walk." Most of you may know this as a pub crawl but the biggest difference is there is music in all of downtown Rockford. This year (the 10th year for Groove Walk), there are 16 bands that were selected by the On the Waterfront Comittee - 16 bands playing in 16 different downtown Rockford establishments all starting at 9pm and all ending at 1am - and this year we're one of them! What a night this will be! - The main downtown streets in Rockford shut down, people going from place to place, listening to different bands all playing different styles of music! - All Night! You can't get in to any of these establshments without a ticket - but one ticket per person gets you into any or all of them. Ticket prices are only $7.00 in advance and $10.00 on the night of. This is a great deal to see some of best of the best in talent that Rockford has to offer.
